We are living in a time of overlapping systemic crises - ecological, political, social, and existential.
For many professionals, this is not abstract.
It shows up as tension within their work: navigating climate responsibility inside extractive systems, equity commitments inside resistant institutions, and justice language without structural follow-through.
For some, this tension becomes a turning point.
This work is designed for those who want to engage that point onsciously - with clarity, integrity, and intention.
how I work
Rooted in justice-informed systems practice, this work integrates decolonial, anti-racist, anti-disablist, queer, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives.
The focus is on the individual within the system - and how they think, decide, and act within it.
I also draw from systems change models such as MIT's Theory U (u-lab), which explores how shifts in attention, awareness, and relational practice shape collective outcomes.
Questions people bring here
-
How do I align my work with my ethics?
-
How do I navigate complexity without losing clarity?
-
How do I engage responsibly within systems that don't fully align with my values?
This work sits as a threshold:
recognizing how current systems operate,
understanding that change is necessary,
and developing that capacity to engage with that reality intentionally.
If you recognize yourself in this - not as overwhelm, but as a call to think and act differently within your work - this may be where our paths cross.
